The Infineon high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It has a very low standby current, a CMOS compatible input, improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The device offers fast demagnetization of inductive loads, stable behaviour at under voltage and wide operating voltage range. It has the logic ground independent from load ground.
