Festo Series MS Filter Regulator, 0.30 to 7 bar Pressure setting range, G1in port size - MS6-LFR-AGF-D6-E-R-V, Numeric Part Number: 8232918

This filter regulator provides combined Air filtration and pressure control for compressed-Air systems. Designed for vertical installation with a rotary knob actuator and secondary exhausting, it maintains a stable output pressure for process applications. It accepts compressed Air and inert gases and is suitable where moderate corrosion resistance and compliance with ISO 8573-1:2010 Air treatment standards are required. The unit includes an integrated pressure gauge port and a transparent polycarbonate bowl for Visual condensate monitoring.

Features and Benefits:

• 40 μm filtration delivers particle removal and protects downstream valves
• 0.3 to 7 bar regulation ensures consistent working pressure
• 6200 L/min flow capacity supports high-volume pneumatic systems
• Automatic drain evacuates condensate without manual intervention
• G1 port connections simplify inline installation and panel mounting

Applications

• Used with industrial pneumatic actuators and cylinders
• Suitable for compressed-air equipment in manufacturing plants
• Ideal for feeding air-operated valves and tools
• Can be used for inert-gas pressure control in process lines
• Used with food‑compatible systems following supplementary material information

What temperature range can it operate within?

It operates between -10 °C and 60 °C for ambient and media temperatures.

How is condensate separated and collected?

A fully automatic drain with >75% condensate separation directs up to 38 ml per cycle to the polycarbonate bowl.

What materials are used for wetted components?

The bowl is Makrolon® polycarbonate, Seals and membrane are NBR, and the housing and sub‑base are die‑cast aluminium.

How should it be mounted for correct operation?

Install vertically within ±5° or front‑panel mount it using the specified G1 pneumatic ports.

What flow and pressure limits must be observed?

Maximum operating pressure is 12 bar with a standardised nominal flow rate of 6200 L/min and pressure hysteresis up to 0.25 bar.
